We've stayed before . Love the peace and quiet. We stay early and late season
The only big disappointment was that due to winter storms the beaches are now almost non existent...very sad

We had a wonderful holiday on the island of Menorca .
Close to the beach . Location was great . Staff were amazing , receptionist very helpful . Good value for money

We enjoyed the location , the spectacular view, food, the cheese cake is the best I have tried so far…. but we did not
The location, the view and the pool. Moreover, the lady in reception and the staff in the restaurant very kind, friendly and helpful.
The room downstair was not updated and we had some flies coming to the terrace at times, not air conditioner, too… so was hot in day time as it was in July.. Only a couple of old fans and that is it. The kitchen in the room was not well equipped with decent stuff, at the end one of the staff found a couple of things we needed. Also, it is not a private aparthotel at all as we saw people from outside coming to the restaurant to have a drink, using the pool etc…Also, they should have more amenities for the children as it is a place for families with young children to stay.

What was the highlight of Apartamentos Vistamar
Great let down on one small incident but apartment is outstanding.
Check in was easy with a receptionist very helpful giving us a call before hand to make sure everything was okay and running to schedule. Some nice recommendations and notes of polite notice and etiquette from the hotel . Towels and sheets change and notice given of this which was also great. The apartment more or less had everything needed, modern air conditioning and the location was terrific as all the advertising implied.
We only used the restaurant once and was disappointed at a approx 60 euro paella , which contained 2 prawns 2 langoustines, 2 undersized ( in the u.k ) scallops and 4 mussels unopened. I returned the undercooked langoustines and was given 2 more and freshly cooked and offered free dessert . My wife was concerned as she has eaten a small piece of what also appeared to be quite strong smelling not cooked shellfish. So only my daughter and I accepted the 'free ' dessert . To be later told only one dessert was free . We didn't use it again as there are much better options locally.
